Fall!

Fall is definitely here! The famous Montana saying is, "if you don't like the weather now, wait five minutes". It is so true! In the past week and a half, it has been 15° and 82°. It snowed on the mountaintops on the 3rd and there were snow flurries in the valley that didn't stick. The little kids weren't so excited about that. :) The only thing that did stick was the nippy weather....for a while. This week it warmed up to the high 80s!

The first "snow".

A couple of days before!

We got car stickers for our photography business

We made a big batch of Caramel Corn!!!!

Later in the week...15°.

...and beautiful.

We watched a documentary called, "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead" and have been inspired to start juicing. We asked Uncle Paul (who has everything we could possibly need) if he had a juicer and of course, he said yes. He is letting us borrow the big daddy of them all--a Champion Juicer!

It is really fun to use!

This was one of our first juices. Pretty basic. But since then, we have added lots more exotic fruits. It is fun to see all the different colors from the fruits/veggies!

It looks gross, but its actually pretty good!

Homemade strawberry ice cream....so good!!

I took Tilly and the pumpkin for a little photo shoot. :) I love this picture!

Dad has been working on a pizza oven outside and just layed down the cement. Bennett helped him and they got it done in one afternoon! Uncle Paul gave Dad a cement mixer and Dad put a new motor in. It works great! They hauled one wheelbarrow after another up the hill and onto the worksite.

Dad layed the first course of cinder block yesterday!

The Livingston Family!

While we were staying at the Ponderosa Campground, Preston played with two little boys his age. They rode bikes together and played with each other at the Campground  park. It wasn't until 5 minutes before we left when Mom went over and introduced herself. The Livingston Family has 4 boys: Mark, Asher, Adin and Mason. They are from Monroe, Louisiana and are going to be traveling in their RV for 6 months. They are Christians and they also home-school. My Dad offered for them to stop by and come stay at our place. That next week, they emailed and said they are headed our way! Their RV is 40 feet long (!) and they are also towing a van, so it would have been hard to drive it over our cattleguard. Dad suggested that they stay in the pullout across the highway by our mailbox. They unhooked their van way quicker than I imagined and drove down to our house for dinner. Since they are gluten free, Mom made gluten free spaghetti casserole and it tasted the same, surprisingly! They told us the next morning when they woke up, there were 4 other RVs in the pullout next to them!!

Mrs. Livingston bought all the food for the BBQ at the beach the second night!

Dad and Mr. Livingston talking about Masonry Heaters. :)

Preston stuck Mark in the ropeswing and I think he almost touched the clouds...

Adin in the toddler swing.

Mason liked it too!

Asher and Mason hovering over the food!

Adin played with the trucks.

Mark and Preston were like two peas in a pod.

Adin on the ropeswing.

Uncle Paul came down for a visit.

Mom and Mrs. Livingston!

Bennett likes to chill out...

Mrs. Livingston and cute little Mason!

There were lots of tomatoes left over after everyone was done eating, so Dad stuck 'em on a shish kabob and had them for an after dinner snack!

Tilly loves the ropeswing too!

The Livingston Family!

S'mores for dessert!

Mom and Tilly.

A beautiful sunset ended the fun day! I think Asher might have met ninjas that had a net!! ;)

I loved their little chihuahua, "Niko"!

Isn't she CUTE?!?!!

The Prayer Circle...a good way to send people on their way!

Where's the blue popsicle? :)

Dad is building a pizza oven...

The Livingston's told us that they were heading to Glacier National Park, but they needed to stop in Bozeman first to pick up their mail. Before they left, we told them they could come watch Preston's soccer game in Livingston the next day if they wanted to. They emailed us the next morning and said they would meet us there!

Reunited!

Aunt Mauray came too....we had our own fan club!

Mason. :)

Preston and Mark.

We had to go shopping in Bozeman, so we just followed them back. We sent Preston with them, so the boys would have a little more time to play. In the afternoon, we met up with them at Goodwill. We of course, went to Lowe's and they followed...I guess every guy always needs SOMETHING at Lowe's!! We had a nice dinner with them at Wendy's. We followed them back to their RV in the Walmart parking lot and did some shopping at Walmart (we don't really go to Walmart-fall-apart anymore, because it creeps everybody out!) while we were there.
