Today, we went to a wedding reception for Daniel and Kimberly Bent at the Gardiner Community Church (I made a cake for Daniel's parents a few weeks ago). They got married in China (where they were doing missionary work) on September 17th on the rooftop of a building. They had a wedding reception here in Gardiner, because this is where Daniel is from and then they are going to have a reception in Michigan, where Kimberly's family lives. They had a slideshow of their wedding and then we went downstairs for a big lunch. Most of the people were so full from lunch, that they didn't want any cake (Daniel's brother Michael made the cake)!

Last night we went to a surprise Birthday party for a friend. They had contra-dancing after dinner. My friend Esther and I were partners.
