Going to see the Governor

On June 14th, Brian Schweitzer, the Governor of Montana drove from Helena to Gardiner and gave a speech at Arch Park. He proposed to make improvements to Gardiner's North Entrance. We decided to go just for fun and just about everyone in Gardiner was there. The big event of the week! :)

Mom used to drive theses Streetcars when she worked in Skagway, AK.

Hells a Roarin' Outfitters horses and men came down from Jardine, MT to be apart of the ceremony.

Governor Schweitzer rode on a stagecoach from the visitors center to Arch Park.

Almost all of Gardiner attended.
